Memory Techniques Examples
I have put together a few examples to demonstrate some of the techniques that I use to remember information. Of course, I have used A.I.-based clips and audio. It's not sloppy; however, some time and effort did go into the editing, and some videos did take a few hours to complete.
The main point of focus is the method. I want my students and prospective students to extract value from what I have to teach! To be able to apply the techniques right away to their lives.

Memorize the 9 Types of Intelligence
So here we will use our body as a palace to memorize. This can be useful for people who are studying psychology, biology, and business. This will illustrate how you may go about memorizing information presented in point form.
Memorize All the Continents in Africa
This leverages word mnemonics with images. You can certainly combine some of the images with peg systems like the number-rhyme, number-shape, and the palace system to help you remember each phrase. This method is not random but moves from north to south and comes up with memorable phrases with visual aids. Of course, it will take a few repetitions to remember. It is similar to memorizing your favourite song. With a little repetition, it sticks nicely in memory.
Memorize the 8 Fold Path
This is for those who are taking religious studies. So this may be useful for other religions as well, like Hinduism, Jainism, the Abrahamic faiths, etc. If you wish to memorize the tenets of a given faith or its virtues, etc., this example illustrates how you may leverage some of the systems that I teach.
Memorizing Words, Vocabulary, and Foreign Languages
This one is very practical and can help people struggling with long, complex words and new, novel words. I have two short-form videos that give you a general idea of the method used.

Basic Link System
Here I illustrate the link system in action. The link system, just like the story system, is a very powerful technique to help increase working memory capacity. Now, working memory for many people is 4 items or chunks, plus or minus 1. For people with higher IQs, their working memory may be higher. So improving working memory actually increases your IQ, or at least one aspect of it!
Sundry Memory Techniques
These are word and phrase-based techniques that can help you memorize information. These are helpful and useful for some people. These are another powerful weapon in the modern memory artist's arsenal.
